Q: What do I need to install?
A: The following Tools are required or useful
- Philips Screwdriver
- A plastic trip tool is useful
- Something to fish the cables - A piece or TV/Cable coax or CAT5 cable is perfect

Q: Does the kit come with full instructions and settings?
A: Yes the kit contains full instructions and all the settings and details required
Q: Is this only for the US MY2010 year model and not 2009?
A: Yes the US 2010 model has the latest AV/Nav system from Nissan that makes this all possible
All EU SatNav cars appear to be compatible with the kit but you can check by doing the following:
With Radio off
Press and hold the “Settings” button and turn the volume control counter clockwise.
After about 40 clicks a menu will appear
Select “confirmation/adjustment”
Next move down to “Camera” and select
Then select “Camera Syst Type” and change from “No Camera” to “With Rear view Camera”
Come all the way out of the menus using the back button and the system will reboot
Now when you put the car in reverse, if a blue screen appears with “Please check your surroundings” message your car is compatible
Q: Can you turn on the camera even when you are not in reverse?
A: Yes, this is possible with our Bypass kits ( Bypass Kit Switch Based and Bypass Kit Remote Based )
Q: I can't see the camera on the photos, where is the camera typically mounted?
A: Below is a picture showing the camera. To orientate you it was taken laying on the floor looking up. the camera is between the backup light and the trunk release button.
