Even when a product is out of stock our Made to Order process means your order could still be shipped a quickly as 3-5 business days after the invoice is paid. With most of our products being handmade in small quantities, it can regularly cause items to sell out almost as soon as they are listed as in stock. We offer a made-to-order/pre-order service to avoid customers having to keep checking back on stock levels. Or missing out when we let customers know that a kit is is in stock, only for them to be piped to the post. Of course, the downside is this pre-order process can make the out of stock messages even more common. The pre-order process secures the next available item and typically that means the item shipping 3-4 business days after payment. You will receive an email with a paypal invoice which will indicate the expected ship date. Payment of the invoice secures the next available kit and prioritizes production accordingly.
